Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SiteOpportunity (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SiteOpportunity helps you discover local businesses and evaluate their websites for improvement opportunities, then draft personalised outreach based on that analysis.

2. Product disclosures — please read

• Results shown in the Service are automated estimates, not certified audits.
• Opportunity Scores and Confidence Scores are not guarantees of anything — they help you prioritise, not predict outcomes.
• AI-generated findings and outreach drafts may require human review before you rely on or send them.
• You must independently verify information before contacting any business.
• The Service does not guarantee replies, clients, search rankings, or revenue of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for any outreach you send and for your compliance with applicable laws (e.g. anti-spam, data protection, and telemarketing regulations) in your jurisdiction.
• The Service does not send outreach emails or messages on your behalf — you review, edit, and send everything yourself.

3. Acceptable use

Only publicly available business information should be processed through the Service. You must not: use the Service for harassment or unlawful discrimination; target private individuals; or attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, or access controls of any website or system. 4. Accounts and credits

New accounts receive a limited number of free lifetime credits. One credit is consumed per successful fresh website analysis; failed analyses are automatically refunded. Credits purchased through a one-time top-up never expire. Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Dodo Payments. See our Refund Policy for billing refund terms.

5. Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your billing page; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Your account data is not deleted on cancellation.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its scoring methodology, software, and design. You retain rights to the outreach content you create and edit within it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteOpportunity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of outreach you send based on Service results.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
