Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This policy sets out how the Service may and may not be used. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Business data
- Only search for and process publicly available business information.
- Do not use the Service to target private individuals.
- Prefer public, role-based business contacts (e.g. info@, contact@) in outreach over personal contacts where possible.
Outreach
- You are responsible for the content and delivery of any outreach you send using drafts generated by the Service.
- Do not use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or make false claims about any business.
- Comply with applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- We do not send outreach on your behalf — you must always review and send it yourself.
Public conduct
- Do not publicly publish or share Opportunity Scores, Confidence Scores, or analysis findings about a business without their knowledge or permission.
- Do not use the Service to build or operate a public “bad websites” directory or similarly labelled public listing of businesses.
Access and security
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, rate limits, or access controls of the Service or of any website analysed through it.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service's data or scoring methodology.
- Do not use automated tools to create multiple accounts to circumvent free-credit limits.
Do Not Contact
If a business requests not to be contacted, mark it accordingly in your prospect pipeline and do not send further outreach to it.
