Data Requests

If you have a SiteOpportunity account

You can view and update your profile information anytime from your account Settings page. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated workspace data (searches, prospects, credit history) yourself, at any time — this action cannot be undone.

If you're a business owner and don't have an account

SiteOpportunity analyses publicly available business websites and listings on behalf of our users. If your business appears in our analysis cache and you'd like to request access to what's stored, or request its removal, contact us and we'll process valid requests.

What we'll need

• Your name and relationship to the account or business in question.
• The account email, or the business name and website URL.
• Whether you're requesting access to data, or its deletion.

We aim to respond to all data requests within 1 business day.
