• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Billing information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: searches you run, businesses you save, credits used, and general product analytics needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Business data you search for: publicly available business listing information (name, category, public contact details, address, rating) and analysis results for the websites you choose to analyse.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription and credit balance.

• To detect abuse and protect the security of the Service.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — including our database, hosting, payment processing, business-data discovery, website screenshot/audit, AI analysis, and transactional email providers — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

Account and billing data is retained for as long as your account is active. Business analysis data may be cached and reused across users to avoid redundant analysis of the same public website, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Your rights

You can access or update your account information from your Settings page at any time, or delete your account entirely. You may also request a copy of your data or its deletion via our Data Request page.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, role-scoped database access controls, and workspace-level data isolation — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
